Ripple Foods is looking for a highly motivated Customer Solutions Associate. The Customer Solutions Associate serves as the primary point of contact for the customer and is responsible for optimizing orders, driving efficiencies throughout the order to cash process as well as supporting key activities across our logistics network.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Fulfillment:
● Analyze customer orders daily to ensure accurate pricing, ordering parameters and source locations to maximize supply chain efficiencies for both the customer and Ripple
● Work closely with fulfillment partners to ensure customer orders are aligned to lead time and shipping schedule requirements and are on track for on time delivery to customers
● Coordination of finished goods inventory across the supply chain network including inventory deployment, lot code & inventory rotation
● Collaborate with internal partners to manage out of stock or stock allocation issues to maximize customer fill rates
● Partner with EDI provider on projects to implement EDI for new customers, new fulfillment locations or other new EDI implementations. Manage timelines and communications to impacted parties
● Identify and implement order processing automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention
Transportation:
● Lead coordination and communication with carrier partners to ensure on-time delivery reliability to customers. This includes daily freight tendering, shipment & appointment tracking, and freight invoice reconciliation
● Provide visibility on the status of orders to customers and internal teams
Customer Deductions:
● Manage customer logistics deductions by working closely with customers, fulfillment partners, carriers and internal teams for quick resolution as well as identify trends and plans to reduce overall deduction dollars
Reporting & Analysis:
● Develop and update customer scorecards with regular Fill Rate and On Time Delivery reporting and logistics efficiency performance and opportunities
Financial:
● End of Month close process management: Track and communicate customer order status and ensure internal partners have visibility to movements that would impact monthly volume projections. Work with financial teams on end of month close process

QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree is preferred
● 2-3 years experience in Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation; Demand and Supply Planning in CPG is preferred
● ERP experience, NetSuite is preferred.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Intermediate Excel skills required
● Attention to detail, ability to complete given tasks with accuracy

Location: Can be Remote OR a Hybrid role for someone in the Bay Area.
Annual Salary Range: $68,000- $70,000 per year
