Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage products by closely monitoring and analyzing sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activities.
Support growth and profitability targets by maintaining new products.
Support development process of new products (NPD) from conception through execution (pricing, positioning, packaging, etc.), by working collaboratively with cross functional divisions and HQ in Korea.
Manage product lifecycle including product improvements and SKU rationalization.
Work with cross functional divisions to support developments.
Conduct market and consumer research; track market and competitive trends to remain abreast of product/category developments.
Develop and direct marketing/sales collaterals such as sell sheet, brochure.
Assist with other marketing projects or tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration.
Passion for food is a must!
1-2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing or related field.
Good proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
Bilingual skills in Korean required.
