Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness, including advertising, PR, digital campaigns, events, and marketing collateral. Lead the creation of brand and product positioning strategies to effectively differentiate in the market and ensure that messaging is optimized across multiple channels to generate leads and engage customers effectively.
- Stakeholder, Agency, & Industry Collaboration
Partner with internal teams (sales, R&D, product management), guide external agency partners, and work closely with industry associations to ensure marketing initiatives align with business priorities, customer needs, product launches, and brand positioning strategies.
- Public Relations, Media, & Event Management
Build and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers to drive positive brand exposure. Lead planning for company participation in key industry events, conferences, trade shows, and industry association activities to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Digital Presence & Channel Management
Manage the company’s presence across key digital and communication channels to enhance customer engagement and promote solutions, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Market Insights & Performance Measurement
Gather market insights to inform strategic communication planning, ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer needs. Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and continuously refine strategies for improved results.
Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- B2B Marketing Experience: 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the food ingredients or related industry, with expertise in integrated marketing strategies and brand positioning.
- Strategic & Creative Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, including content creation, campaign management, and brand differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong skills in working with sales, R&D, product management, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Communication & PR Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers.
- Digital & Analytical Proficiency: Proficiency in managing digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, and lead generation, as well as the ability to track performance metrics and gather market insights to refine strategies.
