POSITION SUMMARY
If you are passionate about great tasting food, driving sales via the most epic plant-based brand in Sweden and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, then this is the role for you!
Food Service Sales Manager Nordic will lead our growing food service business to achieve excellent sustainable results, build long-term relationships and maximize positive impact on the business, our customers and the planet. You will be based in central Stockholm, work with a great team and report to the Head of Sales Nordic.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead the go to market strategy for Food Service Nordic to fully unleash our biggest growth channel, including winning sales fundamentals, portfolio management, price strategy and innovation need.
- Drive trial and create a demand for great tasting plant-based food by selling the Oumph! brand experience to key restaurant chains, national partners and commercial kitchens, while optimizing sales via wholesalers and winning public tenders.
- Set direction, enable and jointly win with our field sales partner in Sweden and distribution partners in other Nordic countries.
- Efficiently collaborate with global multifunctional teams and the local Swedish factory to contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy and culture.
- Demonstrate operational excellence with communication, budget management and forecasting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONALITY
To be successful in this role we see that you match the following description:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience from driving sales in Food Service (Head of Sales, KAM, Food & Beverage, etc)
- Established network within Food Service.
- Experience from public tenders.
- Strong collaboration, communication and writing skills.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Swedish and English
- Driving license.
