Responsibilities / Tasks
- Provide service on Homogenizer / HPP
- customer support during field visits or creating offers, focus on Receivable's.
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, , maintenance and test tasks for Homogenizer
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to cooperate with and support customers
- Basic knowledge on SAP
