Responsibilities / Tasks
Technical Coordinator is part of a Documentation team based in Vadodara, India that supports global departments within GEA.
The Documentations Team In India Is Working For
Co-ordination, assist and support department level administrative & technical activities globally.
Archiving of technical certificates, order confirmation and purchase orders received from different suppliers in
PAX/SAP and/or Bluestar on weekly basis.
Archiving of delivery notes received in sharing mailbox on weekly basis in PAX/SAP.
Run RL (Reminder Letter) programmed in PAX/SAP on weekly basis.
Support to project closer activity by archiving of technical certificates in Bentley ProjectWise ERP.
Send reminder mail to vendors for pending documents & certificates to complete each project documentations.
Archiving of different type of technical certificates for every vendor on monthly basis.
Archiving of tooling files & manuals in KeyTech software & share point site and configure then into SAP on weekly
basis.
Your Profile / Qualifications
You are graduate(bachelor/masters) in any discipline with having minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in small to medium industry
or similar.
Experience with Technical and commercial background as administrator or coordinator.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Ability to use document management software & applications.
Good knowledge and experience with ERP system.
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written) – Mandatory.
English proficiency – Mandatory
Highly adaptable and flexible mindset
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Good interpersonal & time management skills
Well organized and structured
Team player
Open minded and determined.
