Responsibilities / Tasks
- Site Service and execution activities of Farm Technologies division in Middle East
- Experience in Milking Parlors and Rotaries
- Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities
- Understanding customer needs and concerns
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Preparing and submitting service reports
- Providing technical direction to the team
- Participating in the training of new team members
- Actively listens to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues/conflicts, at times with reporting manager’s support.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Middle East
- Worked in Milking Parlors and Rotaries
