We are looking for a student worker to join the Digital Channels team at GEA in Soeborg, Denmark. The ideal candidate is a digital native who helps the team in both day-to-day tasks and projects concerning our web channels, including the corporate website and video/webinar platforms.
The Tasks Of The Position Include
- Editorial support in the content management systems (CMS), including page creation, video uploads, metadata maintenance, etc.
- Maintaining structured data (e.g., dealer contacts and training catalogues)
- Increasing search appearance (SEO) and optimizing search advertising (AdWords)
- CMS support for colleagues across the world
- User experience testing
- Supporting translation projects
- Ad-hoc assistance to our team
As a part-time student assistant, you will join the Digital Channels team in the Group Communications and Brand (GCB) function, responsible for GEA’s strategic digital channels, including GEA’s corporate website and flagship social media channels. You will be part of an international team of experienced digital specialists and part-time students, and you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the world.
The place of employment is Soeborg, near Copenhagen, Denmark. We expect you to be able to work at least two days (15 hours) per week.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Strong communicator with an interest in digital, and at least two years of studies left
- Self-driven, creative, and comfortable with responsibility
- Always up to date on trends in digital communication and marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and solutions
- Experience using web editing tools or content management systems, including basic knowledge of HTML and CSS would be an advantage
- Experience with Photoshop/InDesign and/or video production is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus. Danish not required.
- Ability to work successfully in a multicultural environment
- Highly motivated team player with a positive and brave mindset
