As a Sales Manager, you'll analyze the market and develop a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned product portfolio, contributing to the implementation of strategic and operational plans for the sales-focused cluster organization. You'll ensure the achievement of defined targets and customer satisfaction through exemplary service execution.
- Analyze de market to build a coherent sales plan for the assigned product portfolio.
- Contribute to implement strategic and operational plans for the cluster organization focus on sales of FHT portfolio Equipment.
- Ensuring the overall operations of FHT Equipment business area as well as steering activities within the organization to achieve defined targets.
- Identifying potential business opportunities relating to target products.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service levels and execution
Your Profile / Qualifications
Profile And Qualifications
- University degree in Business and / or Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in technology sales or capital equipment sales experience in Service or engineering environment
- Strong communicator at all levels
- Fluent English
- Experience in market intelligence and competitive analysis
- Completes tasks on time
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Highly commercial individual with a particular focus on driving sales and profit growth
