Join us as a Marketing Finance Business Partner, where you’ll get to thrive on data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with marketing budget owners and category finance colleagues to drive financial performance, have the chance to see the advertising and promotions budget for some of the world’s iconic brands (Pringles included!) and contribute to the company’s growth! Based in Bucharest, you’ll report to the Financial Planning & Reporting Manager - Category & Operations. So, are you ready to make it happen?
A Taste of What You’ll be Doing
- Marketing Budget Management: You will collate and review the Category Advertising and Promotions budget at European level for actuals and forecasts, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities related to marketing spend as well as challenge assumptions and provide insights to optimize marketing investments.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:You will utilize reporting systems and tools such as Anaplan, SAP, and BPC consolidations to deliver accurate Category budget reconciliation numbers within agreed deadlines and you will own the roll-ups for budget, outlook, and actuals.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Understand and analyze Marketing Cash flow forecast inputs for each Category and collaborate with local, central, and global teams to refine forecasts and ensure alignment.
- Relationship Building: Work closely with the integrated Category finance team and develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand commercial complexities.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A University Degree in Finance or Business-Related field.
- Working experience in Budget Controlling or Financial Planning & Reporting area, with a strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet Cash Flow, accounting principles and procedures.
- Capability to take ownership for own work and actively seek improvement opportunities.
- Influencing skills with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and functions across the organization while having a problem-solving approach.
- An advanced level of English, a second language would be preferred.
