We’re Minor Figures. Founded on a rooftop in 2014 by three friends with a shared love of coffee, MF has since grown into a global brand with a team of over 100 people across the world, with offices in the UK, USA, and Australia. We create plant-based products for coffee lovers, baristas and a better planet. We love teaming up with people as mad about coffee as we are and love nothing more than heading down to their local cafe to enjoy a chat with the friendly & expert barista.
All our products are 100% plant based and vegan friendly. The company is exploding, achieving record sales figures each quarter.
Minor Figures would be nothing without the independent coffee scene and our products can be found in over 4,000 specialty coffee shops worldwide, where we regularly run Freedays and Minor Figures FM events. We’re also expanding fast, with products lining the shelves in major supermarkets in our three core regions and our team achieving record sales figures quarter-on-quarter.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading our sales operations in the entire DACH region. You will build and manage a sales team from the ground up, develop strategic sales plans, and deliver growth across the regions. You will provide strategic direction and leadership for the region, bringing on board key distributors, growing the team, building the brand, and executing the company vision within DACH.
You have a strong FMCG background combined with a true entrepreneurial spirit. Experience in food and/or beverage products will be an important criteria for this role. B2B sales with deep on-trade and HoReCa channel knowledge is critical, as is prior experience managing distributions both at national and regional level - this is essential for this position. We want to continue to grow in the on-trade channel, and build our brand name - giving consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing ones. A passion for coffee, sustainable products, and plant based foods wouldn’t hurt.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Establish and lead the sales team. You will support the recruitment, train new members of the team, mentor them, and manage a high-performing team. You will provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and establish Minor Figures in the regions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform growth opportunities and strategic direction.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and inform decision-making, including analysis of category and external data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales management.
Implement and continuously improve team processes to ensure tight control on forecasting, pipeline and sales tracking.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility, reputation, and brand awareness.
Establish and maintain compliance with local regulations, laws, and standards governing business operations, employment practices, and product/service offerings.
