About The Position
You will join an Indirect Procurement Team and steer the HR & Professional Services category in Europe. Working closely with global HR & Finance stakeholders you will create the category sourcing strategy and drive the sourcing process. You will optimize contracts and quality delivery, and drive savings initiatives. Identifying, mitigating, and escalating performance-related risks as well as commercial and contract issues, ensuring compliance, manage and control specific cost variables.
One of the key elements of your role will be to build a strong network and relations across Business stakeholders and Vendors.
As a strong negotiator, you will land the best possible agreements and working cross-functionally with other departments you will drive continuous improvement of sourcing governance frameworks, processes, and best practices.
You will have an opportunity to leave your own fingerprint on our procurement way of working – cooperating with the Indirect Procurement Team and other functions (Legal, Risk, etc.) you will drive the continuous improvement in sourcing governance frameworks and process areas.
