What You'll Be Responsible For
Providing a comprehensive, results focused HR service to our manufacturing site based in Methwold, Norfolk, you will partner with the site senior leadership team to offer strategic vision, solutions and advice which support the delivery of key business objectives.
You will be viewed as one of the go-to members of the team to provide advice and support on a broad range of HR related matters including; colleague engagement, performance, discipline and grievance, attendance, remuneration and various other complex employee relations issues.
This position will be predominately site based in Methwold 3-4 days per week, along with the opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when needed.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
A demonstrable background as a HR generalist at partner/management level
CIPD qualified to graduate level (or equivalent)
Up-to-date knowledge of employment and general HR policies and best practice
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with credibility at a senior level and ability to challenge constructively
Self-starting attitude with ability to operate at pace with high energy along with desire to work through the basics in tandem
A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
