With over 100 sites in more than 40 countries, the segment serves the food and beverage industry, as well as pet food manufacturers and aquaculture.
The Pet Food division offers nutritional solutions for pets. Symrise Pet Food is the world leader in high value-added solutions to improve the well-being of cats and dogs and the satisfaction of their owners.
To study food acceptance, feeding behavior and interactions between owners and pets, the division has four centers of expertise with around 1,000 dogs and cats. Symrise Pet Food serves its customers from over 30 production sites worldwide.
Your role
Global learning & development tool administration & management
Monitor the technical and functional settings of the system
Work closely with the editor to manage tickets, implement releases, submit improvment request.
Monitor and control the integration of data in the system in relation with regional administrators
Ensure the daily troubleshooting concerning problems
Create and maintain any relevant documentation (tutorials, processes, etc)
Configure the system for new training programs implementation and support department coordinators
Train, support and animate the community of regional administrators
Identify and drive continuous improvement of the platform and processes
Coordinate the training courses at global level, create and publish sessions, follow-up attendance sheets, follow-up learners,
Support stakeholders: learners, managers, trainers, regional admin, dept, coord.
Global learning & development programs coordination support
Prepare and coordinate the global training committee (planning, preparation, minutes etc)
Facilitate the community of regional administrators & support HRBP in piloting and rool out of global training programs/projects (ie : onboarding)
Organize trainings for writters and trainers
Ensure budget monitoring and administrative tasks related
Monitor KPI at a global stage in relation with department coordinators & regional HR
Prepare communication kit (newsletter, poster) with the support of the communication department
3 ensure good practice in onboarding and the updates and improvements needed to ensure its continuity
About You
Highly skilled HR professional with a proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Demonstrates rigor and adherence to procedures and deadlines, with a keen ability to synthesize and analyze data effectively.
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the development of strong relationships and collaborative work with multicultural teams across various locations.
Good level in English (B2 minimum)
