Welcome to Protective & Immune Health Global Portfolio Team
Anchored in the Global Portfolio Team (Human Health Biosolutions) the Protective & Immune Health Team defines the long-term Health Category strategy & portfolio as well as innovation choices within the category.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Being the category expert, from the commercial perspective, mastering the key drivers for growth and competitive activity in the health category.
Defining and driving a strong product innovation pipeline, and portfolio strategy, in strong connection with commercial execution team, global and regional sales and marketing.
Creating the overall launch preparation and positioning for new products and ensuring the preparation of all assets needed to support category strategy.
Defining the positioning and guardrails for the different segments, products & brands in the pipeline and in market (including consumer insights, health benefits, claims and price guardrails).
Working to continuously strengthen the existing portfolio; supporting the Health Category Head in defining and driving the Health Category long-term strategic choices and deployment within businesses.
Potentially relevant experience:
Previous experience or a strong understanding of Protective & Immune Health category and/or Food Supplements is required
Demonstrated track record in commercial/business development of successful products, with regional/global focus (B2B and Consumer Health).
Familiarity with commercial activities required along value chain, ability to monitor competitive environment and synthesize commercial intelligence for Category Health area
Confirmed effectiveness in project execution with a passion for delivering impact for consumers and customers.
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive, embracing agile ways of working in close collaboration with Science, Marketing and Sales globally.
Proven ability to think strategically, and ability to articulate and communicate scientific complex portfolio in a changing environment.
Location: Hørsholm (Remote role a possibility)
