This role is the main point of contact and advisor for a specific HR related matter.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Being a trusted main point contact and managing day-to-day HR operations, which covers the full employee lifecycle.
- Providing valuable support and guidance to employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters
- Sparring with managers on performance management, helping them develop and motivate their teams.
- Encouraging employees and managers to use online HR tools and resources, making it easier for them to access important information.
- Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into and out of the company.
Potentially relevant experience:
- Decision-making Skills: The candidate should possess the ability to make day-to-day HR decisions in a timely manner and handle changing priorities effectively.
- Adaptability: Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation, and resourcefulness, demonstrating flexibility in approach.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication skills are essential for conveying HR policies, procedures, and supporting employees. This includes active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: The candidate must ensure confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in HR, while also pragmatically addressing real-world complexities.
- Broader experience: experience supporting Southeast Asia will be an added advantage.
