Summary:
Slutty Vegan Inc., a leading quick-serve restaurant chain in the Atlanta metro area, is seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our maintenance team. The Master Technician will be responsible for addressing and resolving all maintenance issues at our local stores, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively. This individual will also provide basic maintenance necessities to all stores upon request.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on equipment and machinery at all Slutty Vegan Inc. locations.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex maintenance issues to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
3. Coordinate with store managers and other team members to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
4. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
6. Provide training and guidance to store-level maintenance staff to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
7. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all store locations.
8. Assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.
9. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
10. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance projects or repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or technical training in maintenance or
related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or master technician, preferably in the restaurant or
food service industry.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external
partners.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance work.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
