The
Field Service Site Supervisor will be responsible is responsible for supervising construction sites and running construction projects. They represent Coperion in the capacity of service providing assistance, training and advice to customers; to include providing maintenance of Coperion and Coperion K-Tron equipment at customer sites.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for the coordination and control of whole site throughout the process and completion of the project. Ensuring that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.
- Liaison with the Project Manager to provide updates and report to him in regard of cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
- Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff.
- Do pre-site-work by taking on staff, and preparing the site, carefully planning the work to be done and installing temporary offices for site staff.
- Supervise, manage and motivate all site team including effective management of sub-contractor activities on site. Ensure they are engaged.
- Carrying out safety inspections and meeting the requirements for health, safety and welfare as detailed in the Company’s Policy and in compliance with OHSAS.
- Travel as needed, up to 100%.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years of Mechanical experience with Electrical experience/Electronic training is preferred.
- A degree in a construction-related subject, such as construction and project management or preferred.
- OSHA certified preferred.
