Reliability Technician Responsibilities & Duties
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
Perform predictive and preventive maintenance tasks
Utilize diagnostic tools to assess equipment health
Analyze failure modes and their impacts on operations
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop reliability improvement plans
Document and report on equipment performance and maintenance activities
Support root cause analysis investigations and corrective actions
Monitor equipment performance using data analysis techniques
Maintain an inventory of necessary spare parts and tools
Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment
Participate in safety and risk assessment processes
Train and mentor junior technicians and other staff

Reliability Technician Qualifications & Skills
Certification in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Management
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
