Role Objective
Responsible for testing and installing new machines and production lines, performing maintenance at customer sites, and diagnosing and resolving faults to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and complaint details to plan work effectively.
- Coordinate work schedules and execution with customers, Project Managers, and Customer Support.
- Assemble or modify machines at customer sites under cleanroom conditions using electrical tools.
- Adjust, set up, and commission machines using computer programs and specialized equipment.
- Assist customers with production line start-up and resolve any initial machine deficiencies.
- Provide training to Key Operators and maintenance personnel.
- Finalize and hand over machines to clients after successful qualification processes.
- Perform service, repairs, and inspections on installed machines, addressing issues across hardware, software, mechanical components, and processes.
Qualifications And Skills
- MBO+ level in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in electrical engineering.
- Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, or software-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective communication and training abilities for customer interactions.
