We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Scent Account Manager to join our Scent commercial team with B2B experience to be focused on CAM Market.

About You
If you have experience in Sales with enthusiasm for fragrances, ingredients, or specialty chemicals, the ability to foster and maintain exceptional customer relationships while engaging with diverse stakeholders, and a strong consumer and market understanding you are the ideal candidate.
Prior experience in the perfumery industry is an asset.
As the Commercial Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with key customer decision-makers to validate and qualify opportunities for profitable sales.
- Identifying innovative solutions that surpass customer and consumer expectations, outperforming the competition.
- Managing and executing complex and demanding projects by leading and energizing cross-functional teams.
- Negotiating contracts with customers.
- Building and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the consumer fragrance industry, with a primary focus on the air market and products, to target and create sales and growth opportunities while managing customer expectations.
- Developing and delivering compelling presentations that offer valuable insights.
- Managing and cultivating relationships with your peers, making yourself accessible, providing support for problem-solving, and stepping in when critical issues need resolution.
Required Skills and Job Requirements:
- You are a confident, dynamic, and enthusiastic professional capable of building trust, both internally and externally, by consistently delivering on commitments and making an impact on customers at the highest levels.
- You possess excellent listening and presentation skills, and you are a dependable team player.
- Your communication skills are excellent, both in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- You are willing and able to travel up to 30% of your time.
Required Experience:
- You hold a BA/BS Degree in Chemistry or Biology, Business Administration, or any other Economic Degree.
- You have 5+ years of successful sales experience, including contributions to sales strategy development, prioritization, and execution, preferably with experience in the specialty chemical and/or fragrance industry.
- Previous experience working with multinational customers is preferred.
- Understanding of operations and logistics dynamics is crucial.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong to advanced knowledge of these programs.
- Sound people management experience is advantageous.
