We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Berlin (Pankow district). The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, highly analytical, and excited to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
Create financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial implications of business strategies.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
Perform payments to vendors and tax authorities
Support cross-departmental digital transformation initiatives by ensuring financial alignment and accuracy.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (C1 or above) and proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
Strong expertise in Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of German financial regulations is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication skills to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset
Technically savvy.
What We Offer:
A salary in the range of €50,000 - €70,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications).
