Join us as our new Project Manager in Franklinton!
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Collaborate global Facilities Services to develop, implement & refine the infrastructure of systems, process and personnel designed to update and achieve the Facility Services strategy.
- Perform as senior User manager within Facility Services- NA to collaborate across sites for portfolio development and prioritization and establish and lead effective cross functional project teams.
- Directly manage capital projects to include planning and follow-up on project deliverables, schedule, scope, budget development, safety, staffing, design, procurement, installation, start-up, and project handover.
- Collaborate with other User Managers in facilities and other sites to assure that user requirements are effectively transformed into project solutions ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and Novonesis standard and best practices.
- Establish effective means and methods for handling risk management, change management and stakeholder relations.
- Select, supervise, and coordinate the use of external engineering firms, consultants, suppliers, and contractors required for project activities and assure their work conforms to project requirements.
- Collaborate with corporate, regional, and local Sourcing departments to obtain the most cost-effective project solution that meets user requirements.
- Closely follow-up on project performance to assure quality of the project deliverables, budget, schedule, risk, scope, staffing, and safety, and take proactive corrective actions when required.
- Prepare regular oral and written reports of capital project progress and status and maintain the appropriate flow of information and communication to project steering committees and other stakeholders.
- Support the Novonesis Environmental policy and EQS; assure that the environmental impact of changes to processes, equipment and materials is assessed prior to implementation.
- Perform job duties in a manner that supports Novonesis GMP, Safety, ZEAL and Quality policies and processes.
- Ensure project documentation (e.g. as-build drawings, equipment documentation, local regulatory documentation, maintenance documentation) is updated at handover of project, and stored according to local guidelines, accessible and searchable in the future.
To succeed you must hold:
- B.S. in an engineering discipline and 5+ years' experience; or 9+ years of comprehensive experience in the areas of facilities, construction, workplace and office/industrial services management
- Proven successful performance experience in the management of capital investment projects in a processing industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of capital project management processes.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate locally and globally within Novonesis, and with external companies.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Remain organized and thorough in demanding and dynamic work environment.
Location: This job will be located in Franklinton, NC

Expected salary range:$127,000-- $169,000 base + bonus
