With ever-increasing variety, consumer demand, and rapid change of trends in the fragrance industry, the professional role of ‘evaluation’ was introduced in the late 1970s to support perfumers in their creative processes. Reporting to a Creative Fragrance Director you will create and validate fragrances, with clear understanding of project/customer needs, preferences and requirements including client product developers needs, to guide value and ensure successful completion of projects. You will be onsite in our creative center located in East Hanover, NJ and will work and support creative briefs.

Manage the collection and ensure agreement on needs. Write fragrance descriptions linked to marketing trends. Participate in proactive development projects. Collaborate directly with Perfumers to develop fragrance themes and to work on technical modifications. Manage customer processes.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Work with sales colleagues throughout the project process to ensure meeting of customer requirements. Collaborate with marketing colleagues for trends information and internal and client presentations. Lead all required functional steps in the brief handling processes. Communicate with clients and Senior Evaluator, with emphasis on customer intimacy and mutual respect.
- Subject Matter Expert: Use and share your understanding of industry and sales landscape for country, segment, category, or specific geographic area, including competitors and regulatory guidelines.
