The
Senior Learning Manager (f/m/d) - Leadership is a role that will act as strategic partner to different stakeholders in the organization. You are responsible for the learning portfolio of Leadership within the GEA Academy, which is offered globally to all leaders in GEA. You translate strategic initiatives and needs into tailored learning activities for leaders globally with the aim to drive Leadership Excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - You act as strategic partner to dedicated stakeholders in the organization, you consult and support them by implementing appropriate learning activities
- You design, manage and maintain the global learning portfolio of Leadership
- You pro-actively detect and prioritize training needs in the organization and design learning solutions considering different learning formats to reach the learning objectives in an efficient and effective way
- You develop these learning solutions mainly in collaboration with external providers
- You drive the selection of new external providers and cultivate a good collaboration with existing providers
- You are responsible for independently managing strategic projects and driving them to success
- You collaborate closely with HR colleagues in the Centers of Expertise and learning managers in the Academy responsible for the other portfolios to ensure a fitting offer of learning activities in the GEA Academy
- You evaluate programs and learning activities and measure the impact to the business
- You contribute actively to shape GEA´s leadership and learning culture
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Bachelor or Master) in Learning and Development, Organizational Development / Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in portfolio management and learning design
- Skilled in managing complex projects and numerous stakeholders; experience in agile project management as well as managing employee relations are an asset
- Conceptually and intuitively understand how people learn and what makes an effective learning experience.
- Extensive experience with a broad range of learning methods and formats
- Exceptional analytical skills and strategic agility
- Superior communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluency in English and German language is a preference
