Nosh.bio is currently in an exciting scaling phase, and we are looking for a (Senior) Finance Manager (m/f/x), based in Berlin, to fuel our growth and help us achieve our ambitious mission. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy and supporting our journey to make a lasting impact on the food industry. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
Liquidity Management: Take full ownership of liquidity planning and cash flow management to ensure the financial health of the company.
FP&A and Controlling: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, ensuring sound financial planning and monitoring.
Equity and Grant Fundraising: Support the CFO in raising equity and securing grants, playing a key role in shaping our funding strategy.
Debt Financing: Assist in evaluating and structuring debt financing options.
Investor Relations: Work closely with the CFO to manage investor communication and relationships, ensuring transparency and trust.
Team Building: In the mid-term, take on the responsibility of building and leading a larger finance team.

Your Profile:
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst/Manager role, with a strong focus on FP&A and Controlling.
Ideally, experience in a venture environment or startup setting.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel is your friend).
A structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a mindset to automate existing processes.
Proactive, driven, and comfortable taking initiative and delivering results independently.
Strong leadership capabilities, initial experience in team management is a plus.
Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
