Aleph Farms is seeking a Pilot Process Engineer to join its production team, focusing on scaling up processes in the production of cultivated meat in a clean room environment under GMP standards.
👉 Responsibilities:
Contribute to the scale-up of processes in the production of cultivated meat by working in a clean room environment under GMP standards.
Be responsible for the maintenance of cell lines and pilot-scale bioreactors.
Work in collaboration with the R&D teams to optimize production processes.
Participate in writing protocols and work procedures.
Document and supervise the production process by using computerized systems.
Prepare and document the production in batch manufacturing systems.
👉 Requirements:
B.Sc. in biology, biotechnology, or another scientific or engineering field.
Previous experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies (advantage).
Previous experience working in a clean room or production environment (advantage).
Knowledge of cGMP requirements.
Strong technical skills (required).
Proficient in English.
Willingness to work in shifts as part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment (required).
