As Head of Learning you will lead a global team responsible for talent management, engagement, employee development and career development across all regions and business units, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

The Head of Learning is tasked with leading and growing a team of experts ensuring aligned direction and priorities, empowerment and good collaboration internally in P&O and with stakeholders across the global organization. In addition, the Head of Learning are responsible for developing and implementing the global learning concepts and offerings and secure strong local anchoring of these in the regions. The ultimate goal is to enable the organization to grow and develop internal talent while delivering on its strategic ambitions through effective learning and development programs.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by driving and developing an environment of continuous learning aimed at nurturing the extraordinary talent of our people, leadership, and culture. The Head of Learning is responsible for developing and implementing global learning concepts and offerings and ensuring strong local anchoring in the regions. As a leader, the Head of Learning is tasked with managing and growing a team of experts, a Center of Excellence, to ensure aligned direction and priorities, empowerment, and good collaboration within P&O and with stakeholders across the global organization.
Some of Your Key Tasks Will Include:
You will be the ambassador for global concepts, keeping up to date with trends and best practices:
Be point of contact for P&O and Regional Learning & Leadership Partners
Deliver global LLC concepts to EVP Leadership teams throughout the organization
Drive digital learning to ensure scale, cost effectiveness and learning accessibility building an enabling learning culture
Build a global learning and development curriculum for employees, making training and development easy and accessible, and secure strong local anchoring of these in the regions
Ensure all L&D products are closely integrated with the culture framework to drive anchoring of this
Moderate travel activity must be taken into consideration to visit and develop colleague around the world as well as occasional visits to HQ in Denmark where most of the team members are based.
Location: Any Novonesis office in Europe - this is a global role, but we expect the Head of Learning to be locally anchored according to our office first principle, working from the office three days a week in average.
