What you can expect:
- Carrying out installation and retrofit orders with subsequent commissioning at the customer's site
- Adaptation and further development of our system software on site and in the factory
- Advising, instructing and training customers on site
- Computerised reporting of installation and service assignments
- Remote service activities for our customers

What you bring with you:
- Completed training as an automation technician in mechanical and plant engineering, electronics technician, automation technology or similar (m/f/d)
- Ideally experience in technical customer service
- High willingness to travel internationally
- A high level of commitment and initiative
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Class B driving licence
- Strong service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact and willingness to learn
- IT affinity, knowledge of MS Office, PLC (Siemens TIA and Allen Bradley)
- Serious and friendly demeanour, ability to work in a team
