Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a Commercial Manager to manage on our Foodservice Wholesale & End-User business in Germany.
The Role
Playing an integral part in developing and localising our QuornPro strategy into the German Foodservice market, this role will be responsible for establishing, managing & maintaining customer commercial plans with key route-to-market, wholesale & end-user customers.
Working closely with food teams to drive positive customer engagement, you will manage overall delivery of budgeted sales, spend & profit, reporting monthly on progress. Working closely within our wider European function, you will executive key global marketing programmes within the German market and maximise their potential.
This is a region of significant growth potential for Quorn over the course of 2025 and beyond, therefore this presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Foodservice professional with excellent understanding of the German market to make their own mark and drive our growth agenda.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
Extensive background with developing & managing commercial relationships with route-to market and wholesaler customers (e.g. Transgourmet, Chefs Culinar etc.) in the German FMCG/CPG market
Alongside this, ideally present a background of working with foodservice end-user customers
Established and demonstrable network of contacts within the market/industry with excellent commercial acumen
Demonstrate a hunger to constantly hunt for new opportunities whilst implementing channel and customer strategies
A clear passion for food and our products
Budget management and data analysis ability along with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
