About me
I’m Dr. Tom Cohen Ben-Arye, the founder and CTO of Meat Like. In the last 15 years, I dedicated my life to impactful AP projects with the government, industry and academia. I pioneered and patented the technology that initiated Aleph Farms. Was part of the founding team and chief scientist of The Good Food Institute Israel, and the Modern Agriculture Foundation, organizations that founded and led the Israeli AP ecosystem. Also developed and provided courses on AP in The Hebrew University, Tel-Aviv University and Ben-Gurion University.
