The role is based in our Budapest GBS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
The Change Management Senior Manager is responsible for building sustainable change management capability across the GBS Organization.
Is accountable to ensure that effective change management is applied across the initiatives in the GBS organization and associated partners. The goal is to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work. These improvements increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
The Change Management Senior Manager will:
- Provide change management guidance, advice and support across the GBS projects
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and realization of the business benefits
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Own the development and execution of actionable change management deliverables for the high priority projects
- Lead and continue to build out the GBS Change Management Community of Practice
- Develop and implement change management learning courses and other capability development initiatives across the GBS organization
- Coordinate change management efforts with other IFF functions
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communications
- Ensure issues and risks to benefits realisation are tracked and reported
- Provide on-going support to the organizational as they move through change, and act as a coach for senior leaders and executives
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management at the organizational level
- Manage the change portfolio
About You:
- Significant experience (10+) in leading change management teams or functions
- University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Psychology
- Certification in Change Management
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organizational change effort
- Team Leader who is used to leading people and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Advocate collaboration, excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
