Role & responsibilities:
Quality assurance activities specific to Hazera Seeds in the Netherlands:
- Coordinate and support the implementation, the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system and processes: R&D breeding, R&D operations, Productions, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Processing
- Documentation management: support the different NL departments to write and update critical processes based on the main quality risks.
- Actively support the NL based process owners to evaluate the major and/or interdepartmental non conformities (root cause analysis) linked to critical processes
- Internal audits: ensure that the Internal audit plan for NL is completed on time
- Assist, train and guide the internal auditors in preparing, performing and summarizing the internal audits
- Assist the NL based teams in implementing corrective/preventive measures highlighted from each audit
- Assist, train and guide the NL based quality trustees in performing the quality tasks and in promoting the quality management system
Job requirements
Candidate profile:
Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Expertise in quality assurance processes
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Advanced computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
