Position Overview The Director of FP&A leads the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis of the finance team. Conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. Analyzes results and develops insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction and leads strategic business decisions
Essential Job Functions
Develops and executes financial strategies that are aligned with the organization's short-term and long-term goals, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive growth.
Work with cross-functional business partners to develop annual budget and rolling forecasts to meet the changing business needs of the company. Analyze the financial budget and forecast monthly and lead the business review process.
Conducts comprehensive financial analysis and provides timely and accurate reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
Builds and leads a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Collaborates closely with executive management, the CFO, and other key stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborates with FP&A Team to lead the pricing function, including providing data-driven recommendations on new product pricing.
Complies with all company policies and procedures and operates all equipment in a safe and food-safe manner.
Complies with Bob’s Red Mill food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Responsible for reporting food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors and/or Department Manager.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position oversees and directs the FP&A department.
This position reports to the CFO.
Education and Experience
10 or more years working in Financial Planning and Analysis with increasing responsibility, AND
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; AND
5 or more years of supervisory experience. Minimum of three years in a leadership role; AND
MBA preferred.
Consumer packaged goods industry or manufacturing experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Position requires the ability to sit for up to approximately two hours at a time.
May be required to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
The primary work environment for this position is within an office setting. There are no adverse conditions associated with this position.
