Your challenge:
Implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, identifying their needs and offering solutions
Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base
Plan and execute product demonstrations, tastings, and events to promote Redefine Meat products
Provide ongoing customer support, addressing questions and concerns, and resolving issues as needed
Collaborate with other teams within Redefine Meat including marketing and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using company systems and tools
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide insights and recommendations to the team
What you'll need:
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and meat industry
Bachelor's degree in gastronomy, business, marketing, or another related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of the French landscape, including the culinary scene and customer preferences
Experience launching new products into the market and the ability to develop innovative sales strategies to promote them
Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluent in French and English
