Familiar with electrical equipment standards, including electrical quality standards, international electrical standards, government mandated electrical standards and other electrical standards.

Ensure the quality of electrical process assembly, prepare and implement electrical inspection quality control documents.
确保电气过程装配质量，编制电气检验质量控制文件编制及执行。
Establish QA/QC requirements and standards for both domestic and foreign products.
建立相关 QA/QC要求和标准，对象包括国内产品及国外产品。
Identify electrical related quality risks and lead all departments to improve quality.
识别电气相关质量风险，推进各部门进行质量改善。
Job Description 职责
- Responsible for electrical equipment completion inspection and electrical assembly process inspection.
负责电气设备完工检验，及电气装配过程的检验；
- Equipment factory test and PLC control system debugging.
设备出厂测试及PLC控制系统调试；
- Identify electrical quality problems and provide solutions.
识别电气质量问题，并提供解决方案；
- Participate in the design and commissioning of new equipment and propose product improvement measures.
参与新设备的设计与调试并提出产品改进措施；
- Develop electrical inspection standards and communicate directly with German Electrical Design Department.
制定电气相关检验标准，并直接与德国电气设计部沟通；
- Cooperate with the ITP preparation of the electrical equipment in the project and review the final ITP.
配合项目中电气设备的ITP编制，审核最终ITP；
- Responsible for quality inspection and quality improvement of electrical components.
负责电气元器件质量检验和质量改善；
- To complete any other tasks assigned by the department.
完成部门交办的其他任务。
Education 教育程度
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics & automation, instrumentation, testing techniques.
大学本科或以上学历，机电一体化、自动控制、仪器仪表、测试技术等专业
Certification, license & Special Training资格、证书及特殊培训
Low voltage electrician certificate
有低压电工证
Experience 经验
With a non-standard equipment or testing machine and automatic control for more than 3 years of work experience, be able to independently undertake design projects.
具有非标设备或试验机及自动控制设计或调试工作3年以上工作经验，能独立承担电气检验工作。
Critical Knowledge And Skills知识和技能
- Rich experience in PLC design or commissioning, familiar with Siemens TIA software and E-plan software. 具有丰富的PLC设计或调试经验，熟悉西门子博图软件及E-plan软件；
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.英语听说读写能力良好；
- Familiar with electrical wiring, electrical control cabinet design, electrical parts selection, inspection and debugging. 熟悉电气布线、电气控制柜设计、电气部件选型及检验调试；
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, communication skills, modesty and hardworking. 有较强的责任心,良好团队协作能力、沟通能力、谦虚勤奋；
- Dare to ask questions, good quality improvement ability勇于提出问题，良好的质量改进能力；
