As an Amy’s Drive Thru Team Member you are obsessive about quality. You love helping people and are patient when it comes to answering any question. As a Team Member you appreciate team work and a fast paced environment. You’ll receive thorough training and have the opportunity to offer our guests a healthier alternative to fast food. Team members aren’t cashiers, but order consultants ensuring that every guest understands the menu and are informed about possible food allergens. Team members may cook up delicious and healthier meals such as pizza, burritos, and burgers all with vegan and gluten free options.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
It is the responsibility of all employees to uphold the mission of the Amy’s Food Safety and Quality Policy. This includes following all Food Safety programs and participating in all required training.
- Ensures Order accuracy at the registers and in the kitchen
- Cooking, cleaning and caring for our Guests
- Understands importance of food allergens
- Maintains clean and safe working environment
- Follows policy and procedure when preparing meals
- Always delivers Great customer service to Amy’s Drive Thru Guests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- If in High School- must have work permit
- Restaurant experience preferred, not required
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Able to attend, learn, and understand how to use commercial cooking equipment
- Understand time management
