The candidate is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance within the Quality Department. This role involves handling material deviations, managing product quality complaints, coordinating material qualifications, and facilitating new product development. The candidate will also implement customer-specific requirements, create and maintain customer-facing documents, and support production sites during audits. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the SAP database and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide quality support.
II. Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Handle material (raw material, product manufactured locally) deviations.
- Manage and support product quality-related complaints.
- Coordinate material qualification processes.
- Facilitate new product development processes.
- Implement customer-specific requirements.
- Create and maintain customer-facing documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide quality support (e.g., commercial, product line manager, application).
- Support production site during first, second, and third-party audits (e.g., customer audit, certification audit).
- Maintain SAP database (e.g., Material Master, Inspection Plan, CoA Assignment, Customer Requirement).
III. Key Challenges / Success Criteria
- Provide support throughout the entire value chain, including customers, sales, warehouse, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements/standards.
- Improve the effectiveness of working processes related to product support.
IV. Professional Competencies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a food-related field.
- Relevant working experience in the food industry is preferable.
- Knowledge/experience with ISO, HACCP, and/or GFSI standards is preferred.
- Proficient in IT systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP).
- Fluent in verbal and written English with good communication skills.
